Privacy for appliance repair requests in Olympia, Lacey and Tumwater

Johnson Point Appliance

What we collect

When you send the request form, we receive what you type into it: your name and phone number, the address where the appliance sits, and a short message about it. You may also mention the brand, the model number or an error code. That is the whole list. We do not ask for payment details through the form, and we do not ask for anything beyond what it takes to schedule a repair visit and complete it. If you call instead, we note the same basic details so the technician arrives at the right house with the right parts in mind.

How we use it

Your details are used only to schedule the visit, reach you about the arrival window, carry out the repair and follow up on the written warranty. Your address tells the technician where to go. Your phone number is how we confirm timing, or send a written price by text when a rental owner has to approve it. The message helps the technician bring likely parts. We do not use your information for advertising lists, and we do not contact you about unrelated products.

The form provider

Submissions from the request form are processed by a third-party form provider, which delivers the message to us. That provider handles the data under its own privacy and security terms, only as needed to pass your request along. On our side, your details stay in the records it takes to schedule and complete the service and to keep track of the job and its warranty. They are not copied into mailing lists or other systems.

No selling or sharing

Your information is never sold, rented or traded to anyone, and we do not share it with marketers or data brokers. Details leave our hands only when a job needs it: for example, texting the price for a rental repair to the landlord or property manager who has to approve it, or passing a model number to a parts supplier so a needed part can be ordered. Nothing else is passed along.

Cookies

This site keeps cookies to a minimum. A few may be set so pages load correctly and the request form works. We do not run advertising cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors. Your browser settings let you block or clear cookies whenever you like, and the site will still work well enough for you to read it and reach us. Pages do not need to know who you are to show you how a dryer vent clogs.

Deleting your data

You can ask us to delete the details you sent. Call the company at the phone number listed on this site and give the name and service address on the request. We will remove the form submission and your contact details from our records, keeping only what an open repair, a warranty still in force, or tax and accounting records require. We will confirm by phone once it is done.
